Our editing turnaround time for both photos and videos usually takes 48 to 72 hours after the shoot. However, the exact timing can vary depending on the project's complexity. While we appreciate a week's notice, we'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

You'll get your edited deliverables within 48-72 hours via Dropbox after most shoots. For complex projects needing more work like mapping or video editing, it might take longer. You'll receive an email with a link to your online gallery, allowing you to easily download all your files.

Clients are typically not required to be on-site for the shoot, although you're welcome to join us if it aligns with your preferences. Before scheduling, we'll provide you with a comprehensive project intake form to outline your preferences, goals, and objectives in detail. While many clients choose online or phone communication, we're flexible to accommodate your preferred mode of contact.
